We aim to despatch your Miss B fashion within 3 working days. 75% of our orders are delivered within the next day. Please allow up to 30 days for printed goods.
Miss Butterfly uses Royalmail. All deliveries require a signature. Tracking is available please contact mail@missbutterfly.co.uk.
If you have missed the courier and they have left a calling card all you have to do is email us the long delivery number with the date and address of when you wish for a redelivery and we will arrange this for you.
If you email mail@missbutterfly.co.uk, with your new email address then we will try and change the delivery address.
Royalmail will leave a calling card. at this point you can either ring the number provided and arrange another delivery at your convience or collect it from your nearest sorting office. If you fail to contact Royalmail within 7days the package will be returned to us. If this happens you will be contacted. Please note when we dispatch your goods again, you will be charged for delivery.
