You can pay with your card through the internet or over the phone by calling customer service (please only pay over the phone if you are experiencing difficulty using the internet as we DO NOT recommend giving your credit card details over the phone).

Returns Policy

  1. Goods need to be returned within 7 days from date of delivery. Unworn and in the original condition.
  2. Customised goods are non refundable.

How do I enquire about customisation

  1. The easiest way is to email mail@missbutterfly.co.uk with the product number that you wish to customize and list changes you would like to make. Alternatively you can call customer services on 01162768525.

Will you be getting any more out of stock products in?

  1. If you email mail@missbutterfly.co.uk out of stock style number with size and colour details, our customer care team will advise if they are able to get you your desired product.

Which courier service is used?

  1. Miss Butterfly uses Parceline. All deliveries require a signature.

When will my goods be delivered?

  1. Your Miss B fashion will be delivered within 3 working days. 75% of our orders are delivered within the next working day.
